At lunchtime, our school hall becomes a dining room with children enjoying some very appetising meals cooked meals prepared by our very talented catering staff. Around 85% of our children choose to have a school dinner although bringing a packed lunch from home is an option.

The cost of a school lunch for the academic year 2023/24 is £2.60.

When the register is taken each morning, the children who intend having a school dinner can choose the colour related to their choice, the colours being red, green, blue, yellow and purple. Red is the non-vegetarian option, green is suitable for vegetarians, blue is the jacket potato for which there is a variety of fillings. Sandwiches are also on offer with yellow being the cheese and purple the ham options. A desert is available each day and in addition the children can select additional vegetables and salad along with fruit if they wish.
